The variable dumping height gives you more versatility at harvest time, and the ENTIRE dumping cycle takes approximately two minutes, depending on hydraulic supply output. A rubber tongue suspension system linked to a heavy gusseted and reinforced box style frame and Camso track system provide strength and a smooth flotation ride over rough terrain. Optional lip extensions to dump into 36’ and 40’ semi-trailers is also available. H&S 6180 POWER-SPREAD Manure Spreader
A new model and series of manure spreader was recently introduced by H&S Manufacturing Co., Inc. in Marshfield Wisconsin. The heaviest manure spreader built in its size, the 800 bushel POWER-SPREAD live-bottom spreader features a rear bottom drive monobloc gearbox, ¾” thick vertical beater flighting with an overrunning clutch, a dual main apron drive system with 3/4 marine grade log chain and tubular slats. Other features include rubber tongue suspension, guillotine hydraulic endgate with dual hydraulic cylinders, poly bump rail, constant velocity PTO, and a choice of clevis or bullnose hitch. Options include an electric adjust hydraulic variable speed control for the main apron, main apron reversing valve, brakes, and a 5-point scale system.
